Shipping policy

At In Motion Production and Design, we strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Most purchases are shipped within 1–2 business days. However, please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are shipped from the west coast of of British Columbia, Canada. Please monitor your tracking information to stay informed about customs clearance and delivery updates.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

For orders shipped within Canada we commonly ship with Canada Post or UPS. For orders shipped to Europe we use Post NL for standard shipping and DHL for express. For shipping to the USA we use Canada Post. If you need a specific carrier used for your order please contact us ahead of your order. 

For international shipments, particularly those sent via PostNL to Europe (standard shipping), the final delivery is handled by your local postal service.

In some cases, if delivery cannot be completed, the parcel may be held at a local post office or collection point. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the tracking information provided and arrange pickup if required.

Please note:

  • Not all postal services leave delivery notices
  • Tracking updates may indicate when a parcel is available for pickup
  • Unclaimed packages may be held for a limited time (often around 1–2 weeks depending on the local carrier)

If a package is not collected within the carrier’s holding period, it is disposed of by the carrier. In Motion Production and Design is not responsible for packages that are unclaimed, abandoned, or disposed of due to non-collection.

We strongly recommend selecting the express shipping option if you require more reliable delivery notifications and handling.
